For the second time at the Riva del Garda Bike Festival, dive into the thrilling Gravel race – powered by Specialized – and immerse yourself in pure italian vibes and genuine natural wonders. We're gearing up for about 200 participants ready to choose their challenge. Pedal past the serene lake Tenno, vineyards, and quaint picturesque villages. And here's the cherry on top for this community ride: ditch the usual pit stops! Midway, a gourmet refreshment stand packed with regional specialties awaits. Revel in our shared passion for biking!

The Garda Trentino Gravel is designed as a challenge: enjoy the long route, perfect for athletic riders! Community gravel riding, nature, italian delicacies and a shared passion for biking. It's all about the route, speed is secondary. The time is yours. Let's go, full off enjoyment and adventure!

The Garda Trentino Gravel is scheduled for Friday, 3rd May 2024, with the start between 9:00 and 10:00 am.

The starting line is at Parco Miralago, right by the lakeside in Riva del Garda.

Collection of race materials will take place at Hotel Luise, on Thursday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Friday from 8:00 to 9:00 am.

Yes, there's a longer route (about 100 km with 1,750 m elevation) and a shorter one (around 65 km with 480 m elevation).

We're thrilled to announce that timing is limited to just three stages for the long route. The remainder of the course won't be clocked.

  • Stage 1 at Tennosee from km 12: You'll face a challenging 3.77 km stretch with a 248 m elevation gain.
  • Stage 2 in Comano from km 40: Embark on a 4.5 km route with a 230 m climb, pushing your limits.
  • Stage 3 in Dro from km 77: It's a quick 1.93 km sprint with a modest 19 m elevation.

For the shorter route: Timing is focused on a single stage, so make it count!

No, the routes aren't marked with specific signage. Navigation is all about those GPX data points.

Yes! At every race, we've got refreshment stations all set up to keep your energy at peak levels. As you make your way along the route, you'll come across loads of tasty local treats. 

Not necessarily. You can participate with an MTB or another type of bike. However, riders not using gravel bikes will be placed in a separate category. Please note that eMTBs are not allowed.
