Opening Hours:
Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / Open Night 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Security:
The expo area will be guarded by a security service from 7 pm till 10 am. Any liability is excluded.

Costs:
Booth rental: €110.00 per square meter
Security flat fee: €350.00
Waste disposal flat fee:
- Booth < 25 m²: €150,00
- Booth 25 m² - 100 m²: €250,00
- Booth > 100 m² : €400,00
Electricity flat fee (optional):
- 230V: €250,00
- 400V, 16A: €300,00
- 400V, 32A: €350,00
Water flat fee (optional): €200.00

All prices are subject to applicable VAT. VAT does not apply to companies not based in Italy.

On-site Sales: Important Information for Exhibitors

With regard to the Bike Festival Riva del Garda, we would like to remind all exhibitors that in order to carry out sales activities during the event, it is mandatory to hold a valid SCIA (Salling licence) for sales together with an Italian VAT number.
