By acknowledging that each participant at the 2024 Rival del Garda Bike Festival is responsible for electronically signing (flagging) this declaration as a sign of acceptance after its careful review, I, as an adult, (or on behalf of any participant under 18 years old), hereby declare, on behalf of myself and the represented individual, good health and sufficient skills, knowledge, and prior experience related to the registered events. By signing this document, I absolve the organiser Garda Dolomiti - Azienda per il Turismo - Spa and all other involved parties in the Festival's organisation, including administrations, organisers, sponsors, or official partners, from any consequences (civil or criminal) arising from injuries/damages to oneself, the represented person, and/or third parties.

As an athlete/participant in sporting events or legal representative thereof, I acknowledge that, by signing this declaration, I take on all financial consequences associated with participation in competitions. This includes, but is not limited to, damages and penalties incurred by myself, the represented individual, third parties, or infrastructure resulting from my actions or those of the person legally represented by me.

I, the undersigned, hereby recognise that the organiser, Garda Dolomiti - Azienda per il Turismo - Spa, and all other entities involved in the Festival's organisation are covered by a dedicated insurance policy for third-party liability (Policy No. 2022/03/2474861 with REALE MUTUA ASSICURAZIONI). Consequently, I (or my representative) waive the right to initiate legal proceedings against them or their representatives. This waiver extends to any legal actions, with the understanding that my recourse is limited to pursuing civil damages only.

I also consent to the publication of any images or films of myself during my participation in the event in accordance with the provisions of the general Bike Festival regulations.

I acknowledge my obligation to contact the organiser immediately if I leave the race/event prematurely. If this is not the case, a search operation will be launched at my expense, which I undertake to pay back as of now.

I declare that I have read and understand the general and special conditions, rules and regulations, including those referred to herein, and I acknowledge them to be fully valid and binding upon me.

If my child is registered for the SCOTT Junior Trophy event, I grant consent for his/her participation and accept complete responsibility. This includes acknowledging the intent to participate, under the aforementioned conditions and those stipulated in the relevant regulations, on behalf of any other parent who has not signed this declaration. I commit to conveying the contents of this disclaimer to such parents.
