On-site Sales: Important Information for Exhibitors

Do you have an Italian VAT number or an Italian retailer?

If you hold an Italian VAT number or operate through an Italian retailer/associated shop, you must independently submit the required SUAP online application.

Submission period for the online application: from March 16 to April 15

Do you not have an Italian VAT number?

If you do not have an Italian VAT number and do not work with an Italian retailer or associated shop, we can support you with the necessary procedure.

In this case, please send an e-mail by March 28 to: expo@bikefestivalriva.com indicating the product category of the goods you intend to sell.
