Behind the trails of Bike Festival Riva del Garda there is continuous work dedicated to caring for and maintaining the territory. In recent weeks, the Garda Rangers have been working on several key sections of the routes to improve trail quality and the overall riding experience.
One of the main interventions concerns the Rancion trail, in the Tenno area, which is part of the Ronda Piccola route of the Bike Marathon. The path has been completely renewed with targeted work aimed at making the trail more rideable and fun. In the steepest section, a new segment has been created to improve rideability and make the trail even more flowy.
The Garda Rangers have also been working on the gravel route in the Valle di Cavedine, where several collapsed dry-stone walls along the track have been restored. This intervention helps ensure the passage of cyclists and hikers while preserving the rural landscape and the historical character of the area.
Thanks to this work, the routes that will host rides and events during the Bike Festival are being prepared to welcome riders of all levels, with well-maintained trails and an even more enjoyable riding experience.
