- Italian participants or residents in Italy: a valid competitive medical certificate for cycling or for high cardiovascular effort sports.
- Foreign participants residing outside Italy: the official Health Form, signed and stamped by a licensed sports doctor in the country of residence.
The document must be uploaded online via the registration portal, even at a later stage, but no later than bib number collection.
