When you pick up your exhibitor documents and accreditations at the Expo Accreditation, you will also receive access permits allowing you to drive your vehicles to your booth. You can enter the festival grounds via one of the access roads on Viale Rovereto. There will also be signs on the main road indicating the corresponding booth numbers, so you can find the correct access road directly using your booth number.

Setup and Dismantling of the EXPO
IMPORTANT:
It is not permitted to drill holes in the ground to secure the stand. In case of violation, the repair costs of damages will be charged to the responsible stand after the event. Therefore, please only secure your stand with appropriate weights.
Please move your vehicles to the designated parking immediately after unloading.
Due to the local conditions of the Expo site in Riva del Garda, access for all trucks and lorries of 12 tons and more is only permitted before the official set-up on Tuesday, 28.04.2026 between 2:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
We would also like to point out that the dismantling of the stands on Sunday, 03.05.2026 may only begin after the end of the festival from 4:00 P.M. and is possible until 12:00 P.M. For safety reasons, driving on the Expo grounds with all motor vehicles is only permitted from 5:00 P.M. on Sunday.

- Tuesday, April 28: 2:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. (only trucks ≥12t)
- Wednesday, April 29: 09:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
- Thursday, April 30: 09:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Dismantling Times
- Sunday, May 3: 4:00 P.M. – 12:00 P.M. (Access by motor vehicle to the EXPO area is only permitted for security reasons from 5:00 P.M.)
