If you have an Italian VAT number or collaborate with an Italian reseller or partner shop, you must submit the required documentation via the SUAP online procedure between March 16, 2026 and April 15, 2026.

If you do not have an Italian VAT number or a commercial partner in Italy, we can support you in finding a solution. In this case, please send a request to expo@bikefestivalriva.com no later than March 16, 2026, indicating the product category you intend to sell.
We will do our best to identify a suitable partner. However, we cannot guarantee that a solution will be found, and your stand registration will remain unchanged.
