Technical Equipment, Event Supplies and Crew Support – Viivace
Viivace supports exhibitors with setup and dismantling as well as with technical equipment and stand infrastructure.
Services include for example:
- Exhibition displays
- Counters, tables and chairs
- Outdoor furniture
- Illuminated pavilions (optional with customized branding)
- Tendiflex systems for stand delimitation
- Audio, lighting and video equipment
- Technical and electrical support

Beer Partner – Erdinger
Our official partner offers exhibitors an ERDINGER kit for stand operation.
The kit includes:
- Soprabanco (deposit €500,00)
- Gas cylinder (deposit €50,00)
- 50 biodegradable ERDINGER cups (0.30 L) – included free of charge in the kit
- ERDINGER keg (deposit €30,00)
Price: ERDINGER Helles 30-liter keg: €90,00 plus VAT

Individual stand security
During the event, as well as during setup and dismantling phases, a general security service will be active across the area.
If you require individual security for your stand, you can book it through our official security partner.
For safety reasons, individual stand security can only be booked through this partner. Other security companies are not authorized to operate within the Expo Area.
Cost: €26.00 per hour (net)

Forklift service
If you need a forklift for loading or unloading your materials, you can book it on-site, including an operator.
Cost: €70.00 per hour (net, per started hour)
Order deadline: April 5, 2026
The service can only be booked in full hours and will be charged based on the actual time used for each started hour.
Invoicing will take place after the event.
